Work your arms to get them stronger and more fit.


  1. Pushup Feet on Ball

    Place hands in ground and knees or toes on the ball. Position elbows close to your sides and lower slowly, push your body back up using mainly muscles on the back of your arms. Involve abs, glutes and back to tighten the whole body and keep it straight throughout the movement.

  2. Biceps Curl

    Sit on the ball, loop the band around your feet and place elbows by your sides. Start with your arms straight, bend arms and lift your hands towards your shoulders. Slowly return.

  3. Triceps Press

    triceps press

    Sit on your knees, grab the band with both hands. Bend the arms so your elbows point towards the sky and place the hands behind your back. Straighten your arms and push your hands up to the sky. Return slowly.
