triceps press


Sit on your knees, grab the band with both hands. Bend the arms so your elbows point towards the sky and place the hands behind your back. Straighten your arms and push your hands up to the sky. Return slowly.


Fix the upper arms so they stay in the same position during the set, just move your under arms.


Perform the exercise leaning using one arm at the time.
