Biceps Curl
Technique
Sit on the ball, loop the band around your feet and place elbows by your sides. Start with your arms straight, bend arms and lift your hands towards your shoulders. Slowly return.
Tips
Keep abs strong to sit up straight.
Alternatives
Place feet wider for better balance. You can also perform the exercise standing up, sitting on the ball challenge your core muscles more.
