Technique

Start in standing position, place one foot's heel in the ground a bit in front of the body and lean forward your upper body, keep back straight. Bend leg's slightly, lift up your chest and arch your back a little. Tighten abdominal muscles to stabilize.

Tips

Imagine you come with the stomach towards the thigh of the stretching leg. Tilt the toes of the stretching leg for more stretch.

Alternatives

Support with your hands on the thigh of standing leg, not on the stretching leg.

Move one leg up front and lean forward your upper body with your back straight.
