Sit or stand with your back straight and strong posture. Tip the head forward, relax and strive to bring chin towards the throat.


Imagine you are going to lengthen the neck, therefore increase the space between vertebras, as opposed to tilt while squeezing the neck. Relax.


Put your hands on back of the head as a weight to intense the stretch, avoid this if you have neck problems.

Tighten your stomach, chest forward.
