Start in standing position, bend knees slightly and lean forward, keep your back straight until it tightens on back of thighs.


Imagine the tail pointing to the sky and the stomach to get as close to thighs as possible.


Perform the exercise with your knees bent and hold it when your upper body is halfway down.

And now a stretch for your hamstrings - legs slightly bent. Roll up the spine after the stretch.

Bend your knees slightly and lean forward with your back straight.
