Single Triceps Press
Technique
Stand up or stand on your knees, grab the band with one hand. Bend the arm so your elbow points towards the sky and place the hand behind your back. Straighten your arm and push your hand up to the sky. Return slowly.
Tips
Fix the upper arm so it stays in the same position during the set, just move your under arm.
Alternatives
Perform the exercise leaning against a wall for more support.
