Shoulder Raise
Technique
Stand up with the band under your feet, arms by your side. Lift arms until they are parallel to ground, elbows in 90 degrees. Hold for one second and release back down.
Tips
Tighten your abs and press chest forward.
Alternatives
Stand on your knees and place the band under your legs.
