Sit on the ground, place your upper back and shoulders on the ball. Squeeze butt muscles and lift your hips up to a bridge. Lower in control.


Keep abs tight during the entire set, pull your belly in towards your spine.


Place feet wider apart for more support, place feet together to make the exercise more advanced.
